Complaints must be filed within two weeks of the offending action. Cheating accusations may be investigated at any time.

Use the ticket process — include screenshots, video if possible, the Discord channel/lobby name, and all participating parties.

Open a leadership ticket. All leadership discusses and votes. Each ban may only be appealed once.

• Super jumps
• Putting your face into an object to see through
• Movement exploits (walking/flying faster than normal)
• Hiding in spots that give a competitive advantage

Against the rules. If identified with proof, the offending team will lose 5 points.

• All players must stream or record every match.
• Must start before opening the game.
• Failure to provide = –20 point penalty per missing session.
• No stream/recording at all = 0 points for that session.

All players must be in Discord VC. –5 pts per player missing after Game 2.

• Top 6 teams in Diamond compete at season end.
• Bottom 3 teams in Diamond must compete in Qualifiers.

• Gold Division winners auto-promoted to Diamond next season.
• Gold Division 2–5 compete in Diamond Qualifiers.
• Top 2 Qualifier teams promoted to Diamond next season.
• Remaining 5 Qualifier teams return to Gold Division.

• A subbed-in player is locked to that team for the rest of the season.
• Purple/Gold players can sub up to Diamond 2 times per season before becoming a Diamond player.
• Diamond/Gold main roster players cannot sub in lower divisions.

Correct names in ALL lobbies. 1 name change per offseason — must be pre-approved. Statbot and IGN must match.

Opens ~1 hour before each event. Use /checkin. Late check-in = no lobby code.

Lobbies open 10 minutes prior. Only authorized ARC staff and registered teams may be present.

5 minutes to show up. Match starts without you — 0 points for missed games.

• Game-breaking bug before the first kill or until first zone finishes shrinking.
• Incorrect game settings — game voided and replayed.

Leave the game and rejoin immediately to alert the Lobby Host. Failing to notify = game stands.

• Show up on time with a full team. No fake names.
• Play at least 5 games.
• May leave for comp if you notify the host and have played 1+ hour.
