League Rules

Code of Conduct
Zero Tolerance — Bannable Offenses
  • Harassment, doxxing, or encouraging self-harm
  • Baseless accusations of cheating
  • Use of auto, macro, or cheat utility programs
  • Sexist, racist, or discriminatory remarks or jokes
  • Trolling — making a nuisance of yourself or provoking others
  • Defamation of other teams, players, or ARC staff
  • Stream Sniping
  • Abuse of the Lobby Host Kill button
  • T-bagging (determined by staff)
  • Punishment evasion
By participating in ARC Leagues you agree to this Code of Conduct both inside and outside the league. Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent ban.

Statute of Limitations

Complaints must be filed within two weeks of the offending action. Cheating accusations may be investigated at any time.

How to Report

Use the ticket process — include screenshots, video if possible, the Discord channel/lobby name, and all participating parties.

No evidence = no action. No documentation — no action taken regardless of who reports.
Appeal Process

Open a leadership ticket. All leadership discusses and votes. Each ban may only be appealed once.

Glitches & Exploits
Banned Glitches
  • Super jumps
  • Putting your face into an object to see through
  • Movement exploits (walking/flying faster than normal)
  • Hiding in spots that give a competitive advantage
Punishment: Session scores zeroed. Offending player(s) face a ban.
Pod Pulling

Against the rules. If identified with proof, the offending team will lose 5 points.

League Play
Streaming & Recording — Required
  • All players must stream or record every match.
  • Failure to provide = –20 point penalty per missing session.
  • No stream/recording at all = 0 points for that session.
Discord VC

All players must be in Discord VC. –5 pts per player missing after Game 2.

To register: Use /setid with your in-game name in #stat-bot-commands, then /register team in the ARC Discord.

Diamond Division
  • 5 games per session (6 for Championship & Qualifiers)
  • Saturday 5:00 PM ET — Lobby 1
  • Saturday 6:30 PM ET — Lobby 2
Gold Division
  • Monday 9:00 PM ET
  • Friday 9:00 PM ET
  • Saturday 4:00 PM ET
  • Sunday 2:00 PM ET
No Show Policy

5 minutes past start time. Match starts without you — 0 points for missed games.

Playoffs & Qualifiers
Diamond Championship
  • Top 6 teams in Diamond compete at season end.
  • Bottom 3 teams in Diamond must compete in Qualifiers.
Promotion & Relegation
  • Gold Division winners auto-promoted to Diamond next season.
  • Gold Division 2–5 compete in Diamond Qualifiers.
  • Top 2 Qualifier teams promoted to Diamond next season.
  • Remaining 5 Qualifier teams return to Gold Division.
Subs & Roster
Substitute Rules
  • A subbed-in player is locked to that team for the rest of the season.
  • Purple/Gold players can sub up to Diamond 2 times per season before becoming a Diamond player.
  • Diamond/Gold main roster players cannot sub in lower divisions.
Player Names

Correct names in ALL lobbies. 1 name change per offseason — must be pre-approved. Statbot and IGN must match.

Lobby Etiquette
Check-In

Opens ~1 hour before each event. Use /checkin. Late check-in = no lobby code.

Lobby Creation

Lobbies open 10 minutes prior. Only authorized ARC staff and registered teams may be present.

No Show

5 minutes to show up. Match starts without you — 0 points for missed games.

Restarts
When Allowed
  • Game-breaking bug before the first kill or until first zone finishes shrinking.
  • Incorrect game settings — game voided and replayed.
Each team may request a restart once per session.
How to Request

Leave the game and rejoin immediately to alert the Lobby Host. Failing to notify = game stands.

Teams arriving after the 5-minute mark are ineligible for a restart regardless of circumstances.

ARC scrimmages help prepare for season play. Schedules posted in #Scrim-Schedule.

Expectations
  • Show up on time with a full team. No fake names.
  • Play at least 5 games.
  • May leave for comp if you notify the host and have played 1+ hour.
Failure to stay for the required time results in a warning or temporary scrim ban.
